Job Description

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies for RAS-addicted cancers. The Medical Science Liaison will engage with healthcare professionals, provide scientific support, and build relationships with key opinion leaders to advance scientific and medical knowledge. Responsibilities β€’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions to advance scientific and medical knowledge. β€’ Communicate clinical and scientific data to KOLs and healthcare professionals through presentations, educational programs, and scientific discussions. β€’ Support the synthesis and communicate scientific insights from KOLs to relevant internal teams. β€’ Provide scientific support for medical congresses, advisory boards and other relevant scientific engagements to enhance the visibility of RevMed within the scientific and medical communities. β€’ Establish credibility as a scientific expert and resource for internal stakeholders, providing medical and scientific support for products and therapeutic areas. β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally with medical affairs, clinical development, marketing and other teams to support the development and execution of medical strategies and tactics. β€’ Stay current with scientific literature, emerging research, and competitive landscape. β€’ Adhere to Revolution Medicines Core Values and policies. β€’ Understand the regulatory requirements for customer engagement by field-based employees. Skills β€’ Doctoral degree in scientific or medical discipline. β€’ 8+ years experience as an MSL or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. β€’ Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and drug development processes. β€’ Knowledge and experience within the oncology therapeutic area. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Proven ability to analyze and synthesize scientific information effectively. β€’ Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific data to diverse audiences. β€’ Strong networking skills with proven ability to successfully build and maintain relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals. β€’ Self-directed and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. β€’ Willingness to travel up to 60% of time. β€’ Preferred experience in lung and gastrointestinal cancers. β€’ Experience with both early and late stage clinical assets as well as approved therapies.
