They are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to own and scale demand, focusing on lead generation, nurturing, and conversion while driving marketing initiatives that enhance patient care and clinical workflows. Responsibilities β€’ Lead the demand generation strategy and execution for the company, focusing on high-velocity lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. β€’ Drive pipeline growth to exceed company targets, with direct accountability for 40% of total pipeline and 30% of bookings within this business line. β€’ Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns β€” paid social, paid search, digital display, email nurture, and interactive content β€” that attract and convert high-intent buyers. β€’ Manage budget allocation and pacing across channels to ensure consistent lead flow and cost efficiency. β€’ Partner with Product and Content Marketing to develop clear, customer-first storytelling that speaks to the daily challenges of medical practices. β€’ Position PerfectServe as the modern alternative to traditional call services, highlighting speed, simplicity, and cost predictability. β€’ Test creative concepts, messaging angles, and offers frequently; monitor performance and adapt quickly based on results. β€’ Collaborate with consultants and a paid media agency as the main marketing point of contact, guiding strategy, reviewing performance, and iterating on creative. β€’ Track and optimize full-funnel metrics (MQL β†’ SQL β†’ Pipeline β†’ ARR) to ensure strong conversion rates and healthy ROI. β€’ Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales to ensure smooth handoffs, clean attribution, and accurate reporting. β€’ Forecast and report on funnel performance, pipeline health, and contribution to company goals. β€’ Identify bottlenecks in the buyer journey and implement data-driven experiments to improve efficiency. β€’ Work hand-in-hand with Sales Leadership to align on lead quality, follow-up cadence, and feedback loops. β€’ Coordinate with Product Marketing and Customer Success to ensure campaigns reflect real customer insights and outcomes. β€’ Collaborate with the creative team to continuously evolve our messaging, visuals, and offers. β€’ Work remotely with true flexibility: We've built our workflows around async communication using Slack and Asana. Skills β€’ 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally within SaaS, healthcare, or other high-velocity growth environments. β€’ Proven success in owning pipeline targets and managing high-volume, fast-moving funnels. β€’ Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing decisions. β€’ Deep experience with digital advertising, campaign management, and performance optimization. β€’ Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot/Marketo, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. β€’ Exceptional communication and storytelling skills β€” able to connect functional benefits to emotional drivers for clinicians and practice managers. β€’ A curious, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and adapt quickly.
