This role will lead and scale global digital marketing operations that drive data-driven growth and operational excellence. Own and optimize marketing automation platforms, including Pardot and Salesforce.
Ensure seamless connectivity of marketing technologies for a unified customer view.
Design and improve standardized marketing workflows for scalable campaigns.
Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle from capture to nurturing.
Establish data governance standards for high data quality and compliance.
Build and maintain dashboards to measure campaign performance and ROI.
Provide support for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and IT to align processes.

At least 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or digital marketing.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field.
Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms, especially Salesforce.
Solid understanding of lead management and data governance.
Experience in building dashboards and converting data into insights.
Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and communicate with stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
