Position Overview
We are seeking a Remote Data Entry Specialist to become a cornerstone of our data management ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate capture, verification, and maintenance of essential operational data that supports everything from flight scheduling to customer service analytics. - Quality Assurance & Validation: Conduct systematic reviews of entered data, cross‑checking against source documents to detect and correct inaccuracies before they propagate through downstream systems.
- Issue Identification & Resolution: Proactively spot data discrepancies, investigate root causes, and propose corrective actions or process enhancements to prevent recurrence.
- Remote Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional teams—including Operations, Customer Experience, IT, and Analytics—to facilitate seamless data flows and support time‑critical initiatives.
- Compliance & Documentation: Follow established data governance policies, maintain audit trails, and adhere to privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Process Improvement: Share insights and suggestions for workflow automation, template standardization, and tool adoption to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Reporting Support: Generate routine data extracts and summary reports that inform senior leadership decisions and operational performance metrics.
- Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in high‑volume data entry or data management within a fast‑paced environment.
