We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our QVC team, working remotely from the following locations: Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, or Boise, ID area. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers, answering inbound calls, and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.


About the Role:



  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently

  • Assist customers with orders, refunds, payments, and account-related questions

  • Work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day, navigating multiple systems and screens

  • Collaborate with peers and leaders to achieve team goals and objectives

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge


What We Offer:



  • Competitive hourly rate of $15.00, with automatic increases every 6 months for 2 years, reaching $17.00/hour

System Requirements:



  • Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System (Windows 10), not older than 3 years

  • Headset compatible with QVC specifications (QVC reimburses $75 for headset)

  • High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)


Training and Onboarding:



  • 6-week paid training period, with full attendance and participation required

  • Training schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET
