Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate information about shipping, tracking, and delivery processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with online account management and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and improve overall customer support processes
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system to ensure seamless follow-up
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Previous customer service experience preferred, with a strong focus on problem-solving and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
