In this role, you will:
- Respond to phone calls and answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
- Provide solutions to facilitate treatment and improve members' understanding of their services and options

Requirements:
- 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
