  • Competitive Compensation: $16.73/hour + 3% sales commission

  • Position: Remote Customer Service Agent (Seasonal)

Job Responsibilities:




  • Managing customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service

  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling

  • Assisting customers by offering remedies to retain business

  • Working remotely from your home office (equipment provided)

  • Supporting our field's peak season, which starts building around February

Qualifications:



  • High School/GED required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience within or outside a call center

  • Completion of a Culture Index assessment

  • Verification of internet speed and ability to pass a computer assessment

  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen


Work from Home Requirements:



  • Appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise

  • A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting

  • Minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection with the ability to hardwire directly to a modem


What You'll Need:



  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Comfortable working in a high-volume role

  • Excellent customer service soft skills, such as empathy

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
