They are seeking a Customer Service Advocate II to enhance member and provider experiences through education, support, and compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver education and information to members and providers to enhance their experience
- Conduct outbound calls to provide timely and personalized support
- Serve as the front-line support for member and provider inquiries, requests, or concerns
- Document information and maintain performance metrics through CRM applications
- Remain up-to-date with quality standards, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance
Skills
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 - 2 years of related experience, preferably in a contact center environment
- May require vocational or technical education in addition to work experience
- Strong communication skills for effective member and provider interactions
- Ability to adhere to quality standards and maintain compliance
- Experience in a contact center environment
- Additional training or continuous learning in customer service or healthcare-related fields
- Familiarity with CRM applications for documentation and tracking
- Strong problem-solving skills to address member and provider concerns
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
