- Technical Recruiting knowledge and experience
- Strong Recruiting and Communication skills

- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment goals and deadlines
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus
