We are hiring for a remote sales position within the pharmaceuticals industry. This is a commission-based, work-from-home role with flexible hours and full training and support provided.
Compensation
Based on current team performance, new representatives have the potential to earn $15,000โ$50,000/month within their first six months. This range reflects actual results from team members who consistently follow the process.
- What We Provide
- Full hands-on training via live calls and group chat, led by active team members in the same role
- A company-issued phone line through 8x8, used for all client communications to ensure compliance and tracking

- Responsibilities
- Commitment to 100+ outbound calls per day
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective outreach
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-up
- Present and explain products to prospective clients
- Manage client accounts by providing support and recommending additional solutions when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity using the companyโs shared reporting system
- Take part in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills
