About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a service-driven environment and is passionate about helping businesses protect their assets. The ideal candidate will already be licensed in Property & Casualty insurance and have a strong understanding of commercial insurance products.
- Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities in the commercial insurance market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and renewals
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM
- Collaborate with account managers and underwriters to ensure a seamless client experience
- Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
- 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Proficient with digital tools and CRM platforms
