Responsibilities β’ Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online chat to convert leads into sales β’ Proactively reach out to existing and past customers to promote new arrivals, limited editions, and exclusive offers β’ Expand customer base through prospecting, marketing and cold calling β’ Develop in-depth product knowledge to guide customers through purchase decisions β’ Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and manage sales pipeline efficiently β’ Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure customer satisfaction β’ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets β’ Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and potential growth opportunities Skills β’ 2+ years of inside sales or account management experience β’ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills β’ Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline β’ Comfortable using CRM systems, email tools, and online chat platforms β’ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and you must thrive in a fast-paced environment β’ Collectibles preferred β’ Passion or curiosity for world cultures, currencies, or collectibles a plus!
