Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 1 Voice Can Help is a public 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that raises funds and awareness for charities through music. They are seeking a Chief Creative Director to provide guidance and support for their mission, particularly in producing a large-scale charity concert to benefit a local children's hospital in Detroit.

    Responsibilities
  • Attend virtual board meetings (minimum of two a year during a 12-month calendar period). Provide input on key organizational proposals and offer your support, opinions, and votes on strategic decisions to advance 1 Voice Can Help's mission
    Skills
  • A minimum of 15 to 20 years of pertinent experience, encompassing at least seven years in a senior leadership capacity as a Creative Director within an agency or corporate environment
  • Prior experience as a Copywriter, Graphic Designer, or Production Artist is essential
  • A well-established background in project management, with a focus on creative direction, is required
  • A proven history of developing successful marketing and advertising campaigns, from conceptualization and establishment of messaging to overseeing production while strictly adhering to timelines and budgetary constraints
  • Experience in the creation of integrated content across a wide array of marketing channels, including digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print formats
  • An aptitude for working effectively in a remote team environment is necessary
  • Demonstrated success in developing persuasive, engaging concepts is essential
  • Proficiency in leading a diverse and highly skilled team of creative professionals is required
  • A compelling creative vision that aligns with the organization's strategic business objectives is critical
  • The ability to direct the strategy and development of all creative campaigns, ensuring consistent branding across channels, including social media platforms, is essential
  • A commitment to remaining abreast of emerging digital trends and to integrating new technologies into strategic initiatives is required
  • Demonstrated skill in managing production timelines, vendor relationships, and quality assurance or cost control is necessary
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration to comprehend and fulfill diverse creative needs is essential
  • A Master's degree is preferred but not obligatory
  • A genuine passion for contributing to the music industry and fostering innovative initiatives for live events is preferred
