Key Responsibilities
Ā Analyze and interpret intricate data sets to deliver valuable insights.
Ā Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT asset management processes.
Ā Utilize industry-standard tools such as MS Power BI and ServiceNow for effective data management.
Required Skills
Ā Strong proficiency in data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis.
Ā Expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Power BI.
Ā Familiarity with ServiceNow (including HAM Pro, SAM Pro, and CMDB) and Splunk (preferred).
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ā Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ā Understanding of System/Software Development Lifecycle and Project Management methodologies.
Ā Knowledge of Finance and Procurement processes (accounts payable, depreciation, net book value, fixed assets).
Ā A proactive mindset towards process improvement.
Qualifications
Ā Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst.
Ā A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
