- Responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment on requirements
- Analyze and document business needs, translating them into functional specifications
- Manage change control processes and maintain requirement traceability throughout projects
- Collaborate with architects to ensure system capabilities meet business objectives
- Identify and propose solutions for complex system-related challenges
- Create and implement comprehensive test plans, ensuring quality standards are met
- Maintain and update user and technical documentation as needed
- Communicate risks, issues, and progress updates to project managers and stakeholders effectively
- Skills
- Strong skills in business analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements
- Ability to engage stakeholders and communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Capable of working independently and handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
- Experience in advisory or wealth management environments
- Familiarity with managed account platforms and model delivery processes
- Testing experience and knowledge of agile delivery methodologies
- Proficiency with tools like Visio or HP Quality Center
