They are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment across technical, functional, and sales roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience and effective hiring strategies.
- Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, functional, and sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing candidates
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide guidance, and align on hiring strategies and timelines
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
- Provide market insights, talent availability data, and compensation guidance to support hiring decisions
- Influence and manage hiring manager expectations through clear communication and data-driven recommendations
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring standards, and applicable regulations
- Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, supporting technical, functional, and sales roles
- Proven ability to successfully manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong understanding of diverse role profiles and ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience partnering with and advising hiring managers
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms
