The Associate Producer serves as a core coordinator for the production team, responsible for maintaining project organization, facilitating communication, and ensuring accurate project management. Responsibilities Manage the scheduling, assignment, and tracking of art assets through the development pipeline to ensure on-time delivery to clients Update and audit task management software (e.g., Jira, Shotgrid) to maintain data integrity and project transparency Schedule and attend internal and client-facing meetings; distribute clear, actionable notes and follow-up on outstanding items Collaborate with project leadership to execute against milestones and assist in scoping and scheduling discussions Identify workflow inefficiencies and assist in implementing solutions to improve team productivity Create and maintain comprehensive studio documentation, internal wikis, and project presentations Act as a secondary point of contact for external clients under the oversight of senior production staff Skills 1-3+ years of experience in a production or project coordination role within the Games, Tech, or Creative Media industries Foundational knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management frameworks Demonstrated experience with task management software (Jira, Trello, Shotgrid, or equivalent) and standard office suites (Microsoft/Google) Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professional discretion and attention to detail Ability to remain organized and productive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment Experience working with or along teams creating 3D models, rigs, and animations Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro) Basic familiarity with Unreal Engine or Unity Experience working across multiple time zones and diverse cultural environments Foundational understanding of task automation and cross-platform documentation tools Benefits Opportunity to work on different projects 3 weeks of paid leave Benefits package including medical, dental and vision Sick Leave Disability Coverage Corporate holidays Professional Development Company Overview Keywords studios provides creative and technical services to the video game industry.
