- Responsibilities
- Source off-market aircraft through industry relationships
- Identify distressed, undervalued, or time-sensitive opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, operators, banks, lessors, and owners
- Present qualified opportunities aligned with company acquisition criteria
- Assist with initial negotiations and transaction coordination
- Skills
- Experience in private aviation brokerage, acquisitions, or aircraft sales
- Strong industry network (brokers, operators, lenders, asset managers)
- Knowledge of aircraft valuation and market dynamics
- Self-starter comfortable working independently
- High integrity and professional communication skills
