Job Description
I’m looking for a fast, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help populate my new business directory website. This is a time-sensitive project and I need someone who can begin immediately and complete the task in just a few days.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Research businesses across the U.S. (or I’ll provide a list)
Input business details (name, location, phone, website, description, image etc.) into the site’s backend.
Make sure each listing is clean, formatted properly, and accurate.
Categorize correctly by city/state
Ideal Candidate:
✅ Experienced with data entry and Google Sheets
✅ Experienced with WordPress
✅ Fast, accurate, and dependable
✅ Can follow instructions and deliver on time
✅ Able to start immediately and complete within 2-4 days
Project Scope:
Approx. 100–300 business listings
Straightforward, repetitive process
Clear instructions and support provided
