Job Description:
Experience in R/D support tools like Kaseya, Marimba, SCCM preferably Marimba.
Ā Point of Sale support experience
Ā Windows 10 troubleshooting experience basic administration skills
Ā Experience in any scripting languages like PowerShell, Python etc.
Ā Experience in troubleshooting network related issues
Ā Experience in MSOffice to update the tracker daily reporting and dashboards.
Ā Experience in Splunk, crating scripts and dashboards
Ā Willing to learn new technologies.
Ā Understanding on VMs, Cloud concepts and H/w interfaces & troubleshooting preferred like printers/scanners etc
Ā Collaboratively work with the project team on deployment plan, documenting KBAs, training/coaching the teams both at onshore/offshore
Ā Share the daily/weekly reports.
Ā Support the team during the deployment/migration and mitigate the challenges if any.
Ā Escalate the issues in timely manner.
