Job Description
We are launching an online business in the peptide / research chemical space and are looking for an experienced regulatory compliance consultant to help ensure our website, product labeling, and marketing practices follow applicable U.S. regulations.
Our goal is to structure the business correctly from the beginning and avoid compliance issues with agencies such as the FDA and FTC.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Review and advise on website structure and product pages
- Help develop compliant marketing language and disclaimers
- Create internal guidelines for what can and cannot be said online
- Review product descriptions, claims, and advertising content
- Advise on “research use only” frameworks and labeling standards
- Help ensure compliance with FDA / FTC advertising rules
Deliverables:
- Written compliance guideline document for our team
- Recommended website disclaimers and policy language
- Review of product pages and marketing copy
- Best-practice guidance for operating in the peptide/research chemical market
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with peptide, supplement, biotech, or research chemical companies
- Familiar with FDA and FTC advertising regulations
- Background in regulatory compliance, biotech law, or life sciences
- Has helped businesses structure compliant “research use only” product offerings
