- A reputable Japanese beverage manufacturer seeks a passionate Sales Representative to expand our US presence in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
- This role involves working with distributors to build local sales through wholesalers, restaurants, and supermarkets.
- Requires regular travel.
- Work collaboratively with distributors to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Conduct joint sales calls with distributor representatives to visit local wholesalers, restaurants, and supermarkets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at distributor and customer accounts.
- Present product information, promotions, and sales programs effectively to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and distribution goals within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows, particularly in May and October.
- Attend occasional weekend or evening work engagements as required by business needs.
- Requirements:
- Business-level Japanese & English proficiency is essential.
- Sales experience with similar duties is a huge plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have the ability to travel independently within the assigned territory.
