The ideal candidate should reside in the southeastern area of North Carolina area. Qualified candidates based in other parts of North Carolina and South Carolina may be considered.

What you will do here:
ยท Promote and educate our partners (integrators, distributors, consultants, & end-users) on the benefits of innovative IoT products for use cases relating to physical security, public safely, business intelligence and operational efficiency.
ยท Develop and maintain open, fluid communications with our partners and new prospects
ยท Arrange and execute site visits & meetings to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch & learns and educational speaking seminars
ยท Work cohesively with Axis Communicationโs Technology Integration Partners
ยท Recommend products and solutions that solve end customer's problems
ยท Attend and participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academy trainings, webinars, and other promotional sales activities
ยท Consistently use Salesforce as a component of active relationship management
ยท Track and follow up on opportunities via Salesforce
ยท Perform job walks and develop system designs and BOMโs
ยท Complete other related duties as assigned

ยท Ability to tailor presentations to meet specific customer needs
ยท Public speaking and professional presentation skills
ยท Multi-tasking and time management skills
ยท Experience in managing opportunities via Salesforce or other CRM solutions
ยท Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment that requires all team members to think critically, find creative solutions, and plan strategically for growth
We believe you will need the following:
ยท 4+ years in sales driven position
ยท Bachelorโs degree or equivalent electronic trade training
ยท Strong technical background
ยท Fluent in Microsoft Office applications
ยท Experience in CRM solutions, familiarity with Salesforce preferred
Physical demands:
ยท Frequently required to lift 20-50 lbs., and more on occasion
ยท Expected travel time for this position is between 40%-60%
Target Salary
The approximate pay range for the Regional Sales Manager position is $140,000 to $150,000 Total Target Compensation. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
