Recruitment Specialist (Remote) Location: Remote Duration: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM EST (Potential for Flexibility once Trained and Proven/Trusted) Job Overview: SCOUT Solutions is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to help the company with its day to day recruiting activities. This person will have the ability to collaborate with like-minded team members in our mission to help US-based companies bring the best talent into their organization. Duties and Responsibilities: β€’ Supports recruiting processes by gathering and manipulating data with a high-level attention to detail in helping the company maintain accurate and up-to-date records and information. β€’ Assemble, prepare, analyze, and submit candidate data to various team members and systems β€’ Prepare and send correspondence by way of email campaigns and email responses, text message and at times via telephone. β€’ Maintain real-time updates and status of candidates and jobs within applicant tracking systems β€’ Maintain accurate and complete data in various databases and spreadsheets β€’ Schedule and maintain team member, client, and candidate calendars β€’ Work with software tools and possess the ability to analyze accuracy of data β€’ Research and identify leads for new clients β€’ Identify and prospect new client opportunities in target markets or industries. β€’ Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business leads β€’ Collaborate with the team to develop strategies to attract new clients and expand the client base β€’ Submit reports on current activity β€’ Maintain a high-level of confidentiality of company, client, and candidate information β€’ Clean-up and format job descriptions and other documents β€’ Research Projects as assigned β€’ Capture and Document Meeting Minutes β€’ Maintain quality service by following organization standards. β€’ Other duties as assigned Qualifications: β€’ Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. β€’ Proactive in contributing ideas and creating awareness of challenges β€’ Strong organization and prioritization skills. β€’ Strong attention to detail β€’ Analytical and problem-solving skills β€’ Reporting skills β€’ Good Verbal and Written American English communication β€’ Ability to work 5 days a week consistently and must have reliable internet. β€’ Education and Experience Requirements: β€’ High school diploma or Bachelor's Degree β€’ 2-3 years of professional experience is highly desired. β€’ Prior experience in human resource/recruiting roles is preferred β€’ Familiarity with different Job Boards (LinkedIn, Monster, and ClearanceJobs) is a plus. β€’ Strong Microsoft office skills required - advanced Microsoft Excel skills β€’ Google apps skills are highly desired β€’ Familiarity with an applicant tracking system or HRIS system is preferred. β€’ Experience with various software business applications (ATS, Trello, Google Forms, Email Campaign and Hunting Tool) Apply tot his job
