Hi!
I’m a busy real estate agent and vacation rental consultant based in PA and I am DESPERATELY looking for a highly organized and personable Virtual Assistant to help manage incoming leads, client communication, and appointment scheduling.
This is NOT a cold-calling job — every person you’ll be speaking with has already reached out and is interested in working with me. Your role is to lessen the cracks that opportunities can slip through and make sure every lead feels taken care of.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Responding to incoming inquiries (text, email, CRM, social media messages)
Nurturing warm leads with timely, friendly, and professional communication
Asking qualifying questions to understand client needs
Scheduling calls, showings, and meetings directly on my calendar
Following up with leads who haven’t responded or are still deciding
Keeping notes organized inside CRM or shared systems
Ensuring a smooth, high-quality client experience from first contact to appointment
What I’m Looking For:
Excellent written and conversational English
Friendly, confident, and professional tone (not robotic or salesy)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to respond quickly and keep conversations moving
Experience with real estate, Airbnb/STR, or lead management is a PLUS
Comfortable using tools like Google Calendar, CRMs, and messaging platforms
Ability to think independently and make judgment calls when needed

Naturally builds rapport and makes people feel comfortable
Can juggle multiple conversations without dropping the ball
Understands urgency in real estate (speed = deals)
Takes ownership of the client experience, not just tasks
Hours & Availability:
Part-time to start (with potential to grow)
Must be available during EST daytime hours for timely responses
Compensation:
Hourly (based on experience)
PERFORMANCE BONUSES based on lead to appointment conversion and appointment to sale conversion.
