Position: Real Estate Partner
We are hiring a Real Estate Partner with deep experience in Texas-based real estate transactions. This role is designed for attorneys with a portable book of business or strong business development skills who want to grow in a modern, flexible firm environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients on commercial and residential real estate transactions
- Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and closing documents
- Advise on title, zoning, and land use issues
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships
- Maintain high standards of service and professionalism
- What We're Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in Texas
- 8+ years of real estate law experience, particularly in transactional matters
- Proven ability to generate or maintain client business
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills

Pay: $150,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
