Job Description:
Responsibility and Minimum Qualifications:
ย Develop test cases from business requirements, and test scripts for UAT
ย Review and approve all testing documentation.
ย Perform User Acceptance Testing in accordance with approved test plans and research unexpected results.
ย Create test data required to perform UAT.
ย Execute UAT Scripts.
ย Execute UAT batch jobs.
ย Perform Application Interface/Integration testing.
ย Perform functionality, usability, design and basic security testing on citizen portal.
ย Perform web application testing on mobile devices (State utilizes multiple browsers and devices, plus Crossbrowser, SoapUI).
ย Perform 508 compliance testing (State utilizes JAWS).
ย Create, update and Execute UAT SQL queries (reporting UAT).
ย Update Requirements Traceability Matrix (State utilizes JAMA).
ย Create, update and execute automated test scripts. Maintain UAT Regression script libraries.
ย Document all test results in the appropriate format (State utilizes JAMA).
ย Log all defects discovered during UAT (State Utilizes JIRA).
ย Provide recurring status updates on the status of UAT efforts.
ย Participate in deployments to perform User Acceptance Testing (May require after hours work).
ย Participate in all scheduled and ad hoc meetings as required.
ย Interpret state and federal policies as it relates to testing activates.
ย Ability to triage with other teams (business, SIT, and development) to resolve issues
ย Must have excellent written and verbal communication
ย Minimum 3 years experience as a UAT tester in public sector
ย Minimum 2 year experience in social benefit programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, TANF
ย Fluency in speaking and writing Spanish and English is a plus
ย Prior Experience in 508 compliance testing (State utilizes JAWS) is a plus
ย Prior work experience with Arkansas Client is highly preferred
ย Bachelors Degree preferred
