Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced QA Test Lead with strong Life & Disability Insurance domain expertise and hands-on experience in Benefit Administration module implementations. The role focuses on leading QA strategy, end-to-end testing, and ensuring quality across system implementations and data conversions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA activities and test strategy
- Drive end-to-end testing for Benefit Administration modules
- Validate system/data conversions and migrated data
- Perform Functional, Integration, Regression & UAT testing
- Validate eligibility, enrollment, billing, claims & policy workflows
- Manage defects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Mentor QA team and enforce best practices
- Required Skills:
- 6+ years QA experience, 2+ years in Lead role
- Strong Life & Disability Insurance domain knowledge
- Benefit Administration implementation experience
- System/data conversion testing experience
- Validation: Eligibility, Premiums, Billing, Claims, Policy Lifecycle
- SQL, JIRA/Azure DevOps
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Preferred:
- Majesco, FINEOS, or similar platforms
- Automation (Selenium/Cypress)
- Agile/Scrum, API Testing (Postman)
- Data migration & integration testing
