About the position
- Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest quality and strict adherence to testing phase requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Design, plan, execute, and maintain automation scripts, frameworks, and harnesses
- Establish test objectives, metrics, and critical success factors consistent with business goals
- Manage, track, and report all defects and issues throughout the testing process
- Provide guidance and leadership to QA team members (20-30 people) to achieve quality objectives
- Develop and implement testing estimation and planning strategies across multiple projects
- Work closely with both business and IT teams to develop and execute test strategies and detailed plans
- Requirements
- Mandatory experience in Healthcare Systems, specifically in Healthcare Payer and Provider claims administration systems
- In-depth understanding of Medicare Advantage regulations
- Strong knowledge of QA principles, methodologies, and techniques
- Experience in defect management, SDLC methodologies, test automation principles, frameworks, and tools
- Proven ability to execute test plans in an Agile environment
- Capable of creating and executing test cases based on identified system requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex software issues
