About the position
The PWM Planning Analyst at U.S. Bank is responsible for supporting the technical aspects of comprehensive and goals-based financial planning. This role involves working closely with PWM Planners and Strategists to develop customized financial plans that align with clients' goals and objectives. The analyst will conduct in-depth analyses of client financial statements and prepare related materials for client meetings, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
Responsibilities
Β Support the technical aspects of comprehensive and goals-based financial planning.

Β Work under the oversight of PWM Planners and Strategists to develop customized financial plans.

Β Prepare in-depth analysis of client financial statements using appropriate financial planning tools.

Β Prepare financial plans and related analysis for client meetings.

Β Follow account opening procedures and understand internal suspicious activity referral requirements.

Β Work with customers to understand their normal account activity.
Requirements
Β Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
,
Β Up to three years of related experience.
,
Β Good knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services.

Β Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
,
Β Strong client-facing skills.
,
Β Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data with minimal guidance.

Β Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Β Well-developed analytical skills.

Β Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) is a plus.
