About the position
- Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of tasks in assigned program area including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities.
- Analyze and provide guidance on current processes and workflows to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Compile business strategies and annual budget plans for stock/inventory to achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance with 10-day timelines for newly created and retired assets.
- Manage and maintain site stock levels, requesting stock once reorder points are reached.
- Prepare inventory plans for large programs and ensure team adherence to the plan.
- Complete 100% inventory of property and update discrepancies in systems accordingly.
- Ensure all record to floor samples are validated and tagged for Supply Chain Management Reviews.
- Demonstrate contributions to team performance and provide training and mentoring to staff.
- Participate in special projects as required.
- Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or related years' experience.
- 5+ years of related experience in property and logistics.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, Adobe, and Outlook.
- Experience with Service Now database, SAP, CMDB, SCMR, IPAM, and CDRL deliverables.
- Ability to multitask and develop training plans.
- Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Help Now and Configuration Management Database.
- Knowledge of government property and asset management procedures.
