Job Description:
Our client, a well-known hedge fund in Midtown, NY, is looking to add a Real Estate Accountant to their team!
This person will be responsible for reviewing financial reporting packages, analyzing and interpreting loan and operating agreements, and assisting the investment team with the gathering and analysis of real estate valuations.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience working for a public accounting or real estate/real estate fund, strong property and real estate accounting knowledge, and the ability to start working remotely.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Review monthly financial reporting packages
- Reconcile capital activity from different investments
- Gather and support valuations for different funds
- Job Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience within a similar position
- Prior Real Estate Investment Trust experience is a must Compensation:
