About the position
The Promotional and Partner Operations Associate Manager plays a crucial role in the Disney Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team, overseeing the execution of global promotional offers through partnerships and internal campaigns. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of launching promotional initiatives that support the growth and profitability of Disney's streaming services, including Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. The role involves collaboration with various internal stakeholders and regional teams to ensure operational readiness and compliance with standard procedures.
Responsibilities
ย Independently manage partnership campaign projects, leading operational meetings and executing tasks to ensure launch readiness while mitigating risks.

ย Act as a strategic business partner to key internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Marketing Operations, Commerce Operations, Product, Customer Service, and Legal, to advance key initiatives.

ย Develop runbooks and process documents for Partner Operations to offer guidance to internal and external partners on redemption-based partnerships.

ย Serve as a subject matter expert on new promotional offer types and capabilities, including promotions on Hulu, Disney+, bundled services, and various retail and in-app purchase promotions.

ย Plan and project manage promotional initiatives, including resource planning, project planning, progress tracking, and milestone documentation.

ย Implement and document business processes focused on operational efficiency and global scalability.

ย Ensure compliance with team standard operating procedures, maintain accurate documentation to minimize operational risks, and implement additional launch readiness measures for partnerships and key offers initiatives.

ย Collaborate with regional teams in Canada, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC to support local launches of partnerships and promotional initiatives.

ย Work across international teams to support the global partnership pipeline and establish global prioritization.
Requirements
ย 3+ years of experience in business operations, account management, project management, or a similar field.

ย Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
,
ย Proficient in Google Suite, especially Google Slides.
,
ย Skilled in creating professional visualizations of data and processes.
,
ย Capable of working across time zones with a focus on global scalability.

ย Excellent oral and written communication and problem-solving abilities.

ย Exceptional interpersonal skills for fostering strong relationships.

ย Adept at navigating matrixed organizations and global partner networks.

ย Comfortable in fast-paced environments supporting new products and businesses.
Nice-to-haves
ย Experience in the digital subscription or entertainment industries is a plus.
