About the position The Regulated M365 Leader will oversee organizational, financial, and strategic technical leadership for GE Hitachi's Digital Workplace M365-GCC High products, tools, and applications. This role involves building a world-class team focused on product leadership, enhancement, deployment, and operational support of regulated M365 products, ensuring business continuity and compliance with governance standards. Responsibilities β’ Define the future vision and roadmap for GE Hitachi's regulated Microsoft M365 capabilities. β’ Responsible for product strategy and day-to-day tactical execution. β’ Lead all aspects of current and future GE Hitachi Digital Workplace Microsoft M365 Tools and related products. β’ Maintain a strong network with peers in productivity and collaboration tools, managing risk and dependencies. β’ Coordinate with Vernova HQ and business units to meet their requirements for regulated M365. β’ Translate business needs into solutions utilizing industry trends and best practices. β’ Build and develop a world-class team across regulated M365. β’ Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineering and architecture teams. β’ Drive the team toward delivery of the best end-to-end cloud solutions for the enterprise. β’ Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into action plans. β’ Lead roadmap definition, technical architecture, prioritization, and work-planning activities. β’ Ensure high-quality results by leveraging automation and monitoring key performance indicators. Requirements β’ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or STEM Majors. β’ 5 years of experience in the digital workplace domain and the Microsoft ecosystem. β’ 10 years of experience in a heterogeneous IT infrastructure environment. β’ Strong experience in Microsoft M365 and Digital Technology & Application Operations. β’ Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with senior leadership. β’ Knowledge of DOC, DOE, and DOD cybersecurity and export control regulations. β’ Knowledge of NIST-800-171, FedRamp, and CMMC. β’ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. β’ Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. β’ Established project management skills. Nice-to-haves β’ Experience in developing creative solutions to complex business situations. β’ Hands-on experience implementing relevant technologies using automation and DevOps concepts. β’ Desire to continuously learn and work with new technologies.
