About SetSwap
SetSwap is building the first circular-economy, two-sided marketplace for film & television sets, materials, and production assets. This is not a simple listing platform. It is a complex entertainment resale and rental marketplace that allows studios and productions to:
- Buy and sell high-value physical assets
- Rent standing sets and production environments
- Track and manage reusable inventory
- Integrate sustainability reporting and emissions data
We are launching in phases:
- Marketplace + RentalSpace → April/May 2026
- Asset Manager → June/July 2026
- Storage → September–December 2026
SetSwap integrates sustainability and emissions tracking through GreenPro, an AI-powered platform developed by The GreenShot. This is a high-trust, multi-sided marketplace serving major entertainment stakeholders; with real transaction risk, fraud considerations, and performance requirements.
The Role
We are seeking a Product Manager / Product Owner to serve as the internal technology owner of SetSwap’s platform. This is not a generalist product role.
We need someone who understands:
- Two-sided marketplaces
- Resale / ticketing-style fraud prevention
- High-value transaction platforms
- High-concurrency systems
- Platform scalability and architectural thinking
You will be responsible for ensuring the platform:
- Is architected correctly for scale
- Handles multi-party transactions safely
- Minimizes fraud and abuse risk
- Performs reliably under load
- Reflects real-world production workflows
- Integrates sustainability and AI thoughtfully
- Ships on time and on scope
You will work closely with:
- External development partner (Imaginary Space)
- Sustainability partners (The GreenShot / GreenPro. Climatiq, etc.)
- Internal teams across Operations, Business Development, Sustainability, and Customer Success
You are the connective tissue between business strategy, technical architecture, and real-world execution.

Development Partner Leadership

- Manage backlog prioritization and sprint cadence
- Review builds for usability, security, and completeness
- Prevent scope creep while protecting core platform integrity
- Own acceptance testing and launch sign-off
High-Concurrency & Performance Awareness
- Ensure the system is designed to handle:
o spikes in user activity
o simultaneous bookings
o large data sets
- Collaborate with developers on performance benchmarks
- Identify potential architectural bottlenecks early
- Advocate for scalability before it becomes urgent
Sustainability & AI Integration
- Oversee integration of GreenPro and Climatiq sustainability data into product workflows

- Motivated by building platforms that actually work at scale
Compensation
- Contract / Fractional: ~$50/hour (depending on experience and scope)
- Full-Time (W-2, later phase): $100,000 base + Bonus + Equity Potential
