Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on financial services or fintech.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial services, including banking, insurance, wealth management, or payments.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and full-stack product development.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
