About the position
- Responsibilities
- Assisting high net worth clients in booking travel, including commercial flights, luxury hotels, vacation homes, and car rentals.
- Using Global Distribution System (GDS) and other online travel tools to book and communicate with suppliers.
- Working with suppliers around the world to ensure clients receive the best rates, benefits, value, and service.
- Increasing commissions growth by implementing industry-leading sales tactics.
- Resolving customer complaints via excellent service and proper resolution.
- Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
- At least 3 years experience booking and coordinating luxury travel.
- At least 3 years experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
- 5+ years experience at a luxury travel agency.
- 5+ years experience booking and coordinating luxury hotels, cruises, yachts, and villas.
- 5+ years of experience with Global Distribution System (GDS).
