We're seeking an innovative and data-driven Principal Product Marketing Manager to lead the evolution of our personalization and recommendations functions at Amazon Fashion & Fitness. As a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will drive increased relevance and engagement for our customers, creating a unique and personalized shopping experience that resonates with their individual preferences and shopping intentions.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and define strategy for Amazon Fashion and Fitness's personalization marketing function, driving short-term and long-term strategic plans through data-driven insights

  • Develop and execute a strategy to support diverse shopping missions across the customer journey, ensuring the shopping experience is tailored to each mission type

  • Define customer segments and build tailored strategies that reflect varied customer demographics, preferences, and behaviors

  • Drive trend detection and model development for personalization, leveraging social listening tools, customer data, and other sources

  • Develop and drive acquisition and retention strategies, focusing on personalized customer experiences that foster engagement, frequency of shopping, and increased basket building


Requirements:



  • 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

  • Strong understanding and curiosity of the fashion and fitness shopper and trends

  • Excellent communication skills and experience influencing cross-functional teams

  • Competitive salary (base pay ranges from $153,000/year to $252,900/year, depending on location and experience)
