- *Overview:** Join Donaldson, a leading technology and innovation company, in solving the world's most complex filtration challenges. As a Planner/Supply Chain Analyst I, you will play a crucial role in developing and coordinating production schedules, analyzing shortages, and expediting parts needed for production. This role is based in Chillicothe, MO, and requires regular on-site presence. **Responsibilities:**
- Develops and coordinates production schedules based on customer orders and delivery requirements
- Plans and develops weekly production line schedules of assigned departments based on the master schedule plan
- May schedule rework, unfinished parts and assemblies, new product releases, and special orders
- Analyzes shortages of both manufactured and purchased parts
- Prepares all necessary support materials for production, including route sheets, shop packets, and printing shipping documents
- Establishes effective communication with various groups, including customers, sales offices, Corporate, and plant production departments
- Expedites and secures parts needed for production
- Makes or recommends revisions to planned production schedules as necessary
- Keeps manager informed of production scheduling issues requiring attention
- Provides support in other areas when required
- Complies with standard work practices and SOPs
- Complies with all EHS and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures
- *Qualifications:**
- 2 years of planning and scheduling experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in supply chain, business, or related area
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle
- Experience in lean manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis and ad-hoc reports
- Good communication skills and strong sense of teamwork
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
