Pharmaceutical State Licensing Project Manager Summary This position is responsible for performing duties per below. Technical knowledge and customer service abilities are essential to ensure the needs of the Company are met; additionally, a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic and consistent attention to detail are important for success within the position. This is a full-time remote position. Working hours: 8am - 4:30pm ET Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Perform client services and support the State Compliance department on day-to-day duties: • * Review questionnaire and business model assessment with client; • Consolidate & compile applications; • Review applications for accuracy and completion; • Review outgoing and incoming physical mail (electronically if working remote); • Manage client communication and ensure their needs are met; • Assist Application Specialist in resolving deficiencies highlighted by the Board on behalf of clients; • Update internal database to reflect application progression; • Administrative work (basic Microsoft Word skills required); • Special projects may be assigned on an as-needed basis. Work Experience Qualification: • Minimum of two (2) years of drug supply chain or pharmacy regulatory affairs or state licensing experience. Other Qualifications: • Maintain excellent verbal, writing, and language skills. • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Teams is a PLUS. • Ability to work well independently as well as with other team members. • Superior time management skills. • Dependable and reliable. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but is designed with an expectation of a leader that embodies and represents the Company's culture.
