- Accept in-bound calls, chats, and inquiry forms and ensure optimal patient service
- Answer inquiries and schedule medical appointments for people who are considering fertility treatment
- Screen inquiries appropriately to help create satisfied new patients
- Maintain high level of best-in-class customer experience/professionalism with a wide range of customers
- Assist prospective patients in empathetic, efficient manner
- Accurately maintain customer database
- Coordinate with all Shady Grove Fertility offices and supervisors to ensure seamless transition of prospective patients and the highest level of patient satisfaction
- Track and follow up with prospective patients to meet a wide range of patient needs
- Make recommendations for process improvement and suggest opportunities to increase new patient opportunities
- Requirements:
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service with at least 2 years of call center, healthcare front office, or patient scheduling experience
- Ability to build relationships and communicate information in an effective and empathetic manner
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within and across departments
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Ability to navigate through multiple software interfaces with speed and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
