The Senior Product Manager for Guest Messaging at Target is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Guest Messaging Platform. This role focuses on enhancing back-end capabilities to create a dynamic and guest-focused messaging experience. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with various partners across digital, marketing, and merchandising to ensure a cohesive and scalable ecosystem, ultimately improving guest experience and digital conversion.

Responsibilities
• Lead and define product implementation for the Guest Messaging Platform.

• Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, setting key business objectives (OKRs).

• Leverage product knowledge and customer feedback to assess value and prioritize product direction.

• Act as the 'voice of the product' to key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.

• Maintain a product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing high-impact work for the team and stakeholders.

• Encourage open exchange of information and viewpoints among team members.

• Foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and overcome obstacles.

Requirements
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.

• 6+ years of product management experience or equivalent domain experience in guest messaging.

• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing communication strategies that drive guest engagement and growth.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
,
• Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams.
,
• Experience working in an agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas).

• Ability to lead a body of work with cross-functional partners.

• Strong communication skills.
