Media Project Manager

Remote Contract role (working East Coast Hours)

RedStream is seeking an experienced project manager that has experience with media/advertising technology to work with our leading media client. The project manager will drive migration projects to move clients onto a new SaaS platform. Responsibilities will include traditional project management, providing consultation on implementation best practices and helping outline the best solution for each client.

Responsibilities will include:
• Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to- day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with broader organizational goals
• Set client expectations and influence decisions and behaviors by combining disciplined use of the project managers toolkit (i.e. scope documents, timeline, risk logs, etc.) with outstanding communication skills
• Anticipate customers, partners and other project resources needs and understand when to be flexible when the unexpected occurs
• Participate in document planning and evaluation meetings
• Present project related content internally and to client teams, including senior level leadership, at the appropriate level of detail
• Quickly identify customers business problems and access our support system and knowledge base to provide best practice consultation
• Influence and advise on the designing of the software solution that is being implemented

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required. Masters or PMP (a plus)
• 5 years of related Project Management experience, preferably in an implementation capacity
• Experience with SaaS business model and advertising technology is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and articulate and clear communication style, both written and verbally, with the ability to provide consultation to partners and customers, while managing expectations
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask & prioritize in a fast paced culture
• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence combined with a roll up your sleeves approach and the ability to execute is a good fit for this job
