Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Virtual Call Center Team Lead to oversee a remote team of virtual agents supporting the real estate industry. This role is ideal for someone with a background in BPO or call center operations who can manage onboarding, training, daily activity tracking, and performance metrics for a distributed team. This is a part-time role starting at 2 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with room to grow into a larger leadership position as the team expands. βΈ» Key Responsibilities: β’ Lead and manage a team of remote virtual agents in the real estate industry β’ Oversee the agent onboarding process, including systems setup, training assignment, and process orientation β’ Monitor and report on KPIs and daily agent activity (calls, follow-ups, lead response, task completion, etc.) β’ Conduct daily team check-ins and weekly performance reviews β’ Ensure consistency and quality in workflows, scripts, and SOPs β’ Assign and monitor task completion using tools like Trello, Slack, and CRM systems (e.g., FollowUpBoss) β’ Support agents with real-time troubleshooting and performance coaching β’ Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, training, and overall team performance βΈ» Ideal Candidate: β’ Experience managing virtual BPO or call center teams (real estate or inside sales background is a plus) β’ Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on performance and accountability β’ Excellent organizational and time management skills β’ Proficient with CRMs, task management systems, and virtual communication tools β’ Fluent in English with minimal accent β’ Bilingual (Spanish) speakers are strongly preferred β’ Able to work remotely and independently, with consistent internet and a quiet workspace β’ Comfortable working within U.S. Eastern Time business hours βΈ» Schedule & Compensation: β’ Part-Time: 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday β’ Availability: Must be available within the 9 AM β 7 PM Eastern Time window β’ Long-Term Opportunity: This role may expand into a more involved leadership position with additional hours and responsibilities Apply tot his job
