Looking for a fun & fulfilling freelance position working as the right-hand woman for a growing company serving spiritually conscious, heart-centered clients who are making a significant contribution and impact in the world?

Most of my freelancers stay with me for several years because of the positive, uplifting, supportive and flexible environment. I am looking for someone who will ideally grow with me long term.

OVERVIEW:

Job Overview:

Part time ~ likely about a few hours per week to start and will eventually be more as applicant demonstrates aptitude.

Work from home; flexible hours but generally tasks must be completed ideally within 72 business hours of being assigned

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Do a high level brand audit
Help me further develop, upgrade and redefine and refine the following:
Existing ICA(s)
Specific content offerings
Tailored funnel flow (on line CRM is Go High Level)
Develop and upgrade / refine the existing - evolving strategic marketing plan currently in place
Develop a strategic 1 year and 3 year plan that aligns with the company vision and mission
Evaluate the projected workflow to employee requirements to set up a plan for success moving forward into 2026 and beyond
Assist with setting up systems (on line and off line), eventually scaling
Assist with or oversee ongoing marketing activities and overall execution of strategic marketing tactics, etc.
