Job Description
My Hopewell Co. is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist) to provide telehealth therapy. Ideal candidates can work independently, collaborative, trustworthy and willingness to support clients through mental health, couple’s therapy and emotional wellness.
- Responsibilities:
- Caseload is dependent on the therapist, minimum 5 client sessions per week.
- Therapy Assessments: Complete comprehensive Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation, PHQ-9, GAD testing, Follow up assessments, and psychosocial support.
- Flexible Schedule hours (FRIDAYS ARE A MUST)
- Treatment plans: Develop effective and individualized treatment plans including problem-solving to obtain objectives and goals.
- Documentation: Completing clinical notes within 3 days from session date.
- Ethical Standards: Uphold compliance and ethics with the Board of Behavioral Health practices.
- Experience and Qualifications:
- Fully Licensed therapist in the State of California (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, Psychologist)
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Counseling from an accredited University.
- At least one year of working experience as a Licensed Therapist or Licensed Counselor.
- Has an active liability insurance.
- Experience working with Individual Therapy, Couples, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Mental Health Wellness.
- Great organizations skills, able to respond to e-mails and schedule appointment requests in a timely manner.
- Excellent Team Player that is communicative, collaboration to achieve quality care, trust and integrity.
- Willing to attend outreach and collaboration events.
- Able to participate in team monthly meetings.
- At least 3 references, upon request prior to hire.
