A top Fortune 50 financial institution is seeking a PAM Technology Product Analyst to support the privileged access management (PAM) program. This role will capture and manage PAM requirements, work with engineering and stakeholders to implement CyberArk/JIT controls, and support compliance, risk reduction, and program reporting. About the Opportunity: β€’ Schedule: Monday to Friday β€’ Hours: Standard business β€’ Setting: Remote Responsibilities: β€’ Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, non-functional, and data requirements through interviews, workshops, use cases, and tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) β€’ Capturing PAM/JIT control requirements with end users to ensure appropriate privileged access controls and maintaining exception/issue logs β€’ Submitting and tracking Risk Assessments and coordinating with engineers to implement solutions β€’ Meeting with application teams to define onboarding use cases for CyberArk and other PAM platforms; collaborating with stakeholders to design efficient PAM solutions that reduce administration overhead β€’ Supporting audit requests and assembling evidence packages for compliance with internal policies and standards β€’ Reviewing and assigning vulnerability tickets to mitigate security risks β€’ Assisting with Agile/SAFe processes, ensuring quarterly PAM objectives are met within the Mission Padlock program β€’ Generating and maintaining program metrics and reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) β€’ Eliciting, researching, and documenting requirements using process modeling, diagramming, use case analysis, data analysis, journey mapping, and prototyping β€’ Facilitating requirements discussions, presenting requirements and alternative views, and incorporating stakeholder feedback into the product backlog β€’ Collaborating with vendors on design, development, and delivery of PAM/IAM products and platforms β€’ Evaluating alternative solutions, identifying risks/issues, and working with project/product teams to mitigate β€’ Communicating timely, concise information to internal and external stakeholders β€’ Managing multiple priorities independently and in team settings Qualifications: β€’ 8+ years of experience as an IAM Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Development Analyst, Business Technology Analyst, or related role β€’ Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience β€’ Strong experience with PAM/IAM systems such as CyberArk and Saviynt β€’ Solid understanding of Odentity lifecycle events (provisioning, authentication, password resets, self-service workflows) and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2/OIDC) β€’ Strong knowledge of Data Schemas and Data Integration techniques for IAM tools (LDAP, relational databases, HR/KYC sources) β€’ Experience applying Agile/SAFe methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) to deliver product capabilities β€’ Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps β€’ Advanced skill with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio β€’ Effective planning, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize multiple large, complex efforts β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders Desired Skills: β€’ SAFe Agilist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Scrum Master, or Lean Portfolio Management certification β€’ Certified Scrum Master (CSM), DevOps, Microsoft Azure, or similar IT certifications β€’ Experience with Financial Services industry applications, systems, standards, and trends β€’ Prior experience with CyberArk implementations and integration patterns Remote About the Company: Tandym Apply tot his job
