Job Description Dignotion is seeking a performance-driven Paid Social Manager to lead campaign strategy and execution across major social media platforms. You'll join a senior, agile team that works with clients ranging from fast-growing startups to global brands-with a strong focus on measurable impact and creative excellence. In this role, you'll own paid social campaign management from start to finish: planning, deployment, optimization, reporting, and collaboration with creatives. This is a great opportunity for someone comfortable working independently, with deep experience in paid media and a passion for results. Key Responsibilities β€’ Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook/Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other networks β€’ Develop media plans and set campaign structures to support growth and efficiency goals β€’ Analyze performance data and build actionable reports with budget pacing and KPI tracking β€’ Conduct account audits and provide recommendations for structure and targeting improvements β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to brief creative requirements and suggest optimizations β€’ Stay up to date on platform changes, policy updates, and industry trends Requirements β€’ 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns β€’ Strong command of major ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) β€’ Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and meet performance targets β€’ Comfortable building reports and working with performance metrics in Excel or Google Sheets β€’ Clear written and spoken English; confident in communication and documentation β€’ Able to work independently and manage timelines with minimal oversight Bonus Points If You Have: β€’ Experience in high-performance or regulated verticals (iGaming, finance, health, etc.) β€’ Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and audience segmentation strategies β€’ Experience with dynamic creatives or product feeds β€’ Exposure to attribution modeling, conversion tracking, or third-party analytics tools Benefits β€’ Fully remote or hybrid (NYC-based optional) β€’ Flexible working hours with a results-first mindset β€’ Opportunity to work with a senior team across competitive markets β€’ Project-based or part-time engagement tailored to your availability and expertise Apply tot his job
