Job Description
We are providing a paid internship position for CA Remote Psychotherapist, ACSW, AMFT, Psy.D. to join our team!
- Responsibilities:
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
- Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy
- Provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Qualifications:
- California Psy,D., Ph.D., Master's in Psychology or MFT degree
- MUST be able to register as a CALIFORNIA Psychological Associate
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
- Familiarity with community mental health resources
- Professional reference
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and crisis intervention
- Extensive knowledge of psychological disorders
- Effectively conduct individual psychotherapy sessions
- Ability to summarize pertinent clinical information via written correspondence and records documentation in accordance with facility policies
- Speaking Spanish is preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
